Perfumery Many call or email me asking "What do I need to get started in making perfumes or anointing oils?". They do not want to buy my oils or support my ministry, but glean from the instructions which the Lord gave me. When God called me to do this He taught me how! This came to me through the already developed prayer life that was established through the years. So the first place to begin is with prayer. If you want to do this for and with the Lord, then He must be involved. I knew nothing of making perfumed oils, when I began. There was very little information out there on perfume making, with out paying an $200-500.00 or attending perfumers school. Why? The perfume industry dose not want you to know what they know, or have access to the same components that they use to create fragrance. Otherwise anyone who was interested in trying could. So secret recipes are guarded and very little is shared. Today there are books you can find at the public library or Barnes and Noble* to help someone get started. In those books there are simple recipes using essential oils, but it is a good place to begin. Perfumery (cont)
